When you call or email us asking for help we will always in the first instance run through a list of troubleshooting steps via telephone FREE of charge, if the issue cannot be resolved over the phone then and only then will we take the next step of arranging a convenient time for an engineer to visit you.
If the problem cannot be fixed on site and we need to bring your PC or Laptop back for further investigation we will leave you with a replacement machine at NO EXTRA COST until yours is back with you.
